Human Resource and Care Hub Manager

Sarah Morales serves as NHHA's Human Resources and Care Hub Manager, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in operations, people management, and organizational development. In her previous executive role, she oversaw cross-functional teams and led initiatives in human resources, training, client services, and departmental operations—developing the skills and insights that now inform her work in employee engagement and care coordination.

 Sarah has a strong background in building and leading HR functions, having previously designed and implemented recruitment strategies, onboarding programs, and workforce development plans across various departments. Her hands-on experience guiding high-performing teams and supporting executive leadership allows her to bring a strategic and compassionate lens to human-centered roles.

In her current position, Sarah focuses on supporting and enhancing NHHA’s already strong, inclusive workplace culture while ensuring operational excellence within the Care Hub. Her work includes guiding HR policies, promoting staff wellbeing, and aligning team efforts with the organization’s mission of compassionate care and service.

 Fluent in Spanish and holding a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Spanish Language, Literature, and Culture from Colorado State University, Sarah brings both cultural fluency and a deep commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening communities. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to thrive.
